Foundation Logistics is committed to a steadfast and consistent International Trade Compliance Policy.

All employees are responsible for following the International Trade compliance procedures and for reporting known or apparent import/export irregularities to our International Trade Compliance Officer, or our FLS/ITA management team representatives.

Foundation Logistics follows very strict, zero tolerance policies regarding any violations or breaches of import/export compliance regulations. To assist our employees and officers in ensuring trade compliance, FLS employs robust systems that audit transactions across our databases to prevent any accidental or unintentional infractions of those guidelines and procedures. Each employee and officer of FLS is thoroughly trained and certified in our corporate policies and procedures regarding import/export compliance. Further, they understand that the knowing or negligent failure to comply with the various ITR’s subjects FLS and its employees to sanctions, substantial fines, penalties, possible imprisonment, and loss of import/export privileges.
